The Humboldt and District Sports Hall of Fame is dedicated to recognizing the contribution of sport to the lives of people in the Humboldt and district area. The Hall of Fame celebrates and honours individual and team achievements and traditions. 
Inductees to the Humboldt and District Sports Hall of Fame are recognized through framed portraits and biographies on display in the foyer of the Humboldt Uniplex. Copies of these portraits and biographies can also be viewed at the Museum along with various sports memorabilia, artifacts, and an interactive digital screen displayed on the second floor of the Museum.
The sports heritage of the area is reflected in the collection of the Humboldt and District Sports Hall of Fame. These artifacts include trophies such as: the coveted Platzer Cup (a hockey trophy donated in 1932 by Jacob Platzer); homemade water-skis from the Stoney Lake Water sports club; the old ice-flooding barrel rescued from the Leo Parker arena; Humboldt Broncos memorabilia; and much more.
A special feature of this collection is the memorabilia from NHL Hockey Hall of Fame goalie, Glenn Hall, who began his hockey career in Humboldt.
