The Friends of the Museum volunteer group began in 1994. These energetic volunteers assist with events, programs, research, promotions and special projects. Their main fundraising activities are the Festival of Wreaths, the Chili Lunch, and the Coffee Party.
They sponsor art exhibitions, special events, exhibit renovations, the Stars for Saskatchewan Concert Series, and much more! The Friends of the Museum have also generously funded the publication of 100 Interesting Stories About Humboldt.
Volunteers are our community’s greatest resource and their achievements shine proudly throughout our civic Museum. Thanks to all our great volunteers who support and build our community pride. Over the last two decades, their help has been invaluable to the HDMG and we look forward to working with this group into the future!
