A travelling exhibit produced by the Diefenbaker Canada Centre
Location: Humboldt and District Museum
Sisters United celebrates the centennial of women gaining the right to vote in Saskatchewan. The exhibit explores the changes of shifting attitudes toward class, gender, religion, citizenship and politics; the roles of notable suffragists as agents of change; and how the establishment of farming organizations such as the Saskatchewan Women Grain Growers' Association advanced the movement in the province.
